Vintage Thingies Thursdays.
Everyone knows Cat in the Hat books. Well this one is my husbands. It was given to him by his Grandmother in 1972 for Christmas.
I know it's not realy that old.
But it's kinda cute. Just imagining him being a cute litlle boy doing this. LOL

Dr. Seuss is one of my favorites. Great book. I'm participating in Vintage Thingies Thursdays for the first time over at my blog mommiedaze.com. Stop by!
Love those Dr Seuss books too. Some of them ARE pretty old. Your hubby was very artistic. I remember my little brother drawing in the Dick and Jane books.. he gave Mother a cigarette and Father a pipe in every picture. I could strangle him for that now!
That is very cute! I love Dr. Seuss books too. I have a few old one's from the '70's that belonged to my brother and I. My kids don't appreciate Dr. Seuss yet, but when they do the books are waiting. Happy VTT!
We have two of Dave's Dr. Seuss books - one is the boys favorite. Can't get enough of them and I am so glad we get to enjoy them some more with the younger ones.

I can imagine that. I have books around here that my kids have helped illustrate. Enjoy...
That is cute! And it definitely is vintage because it's more than 30 years old.
I know, we're all getting older!
Oh, what memories of Dr. Seuss. Great book and post. Nice to be reminded of a great thing from the past.
