I tried something new. I made a baby gift for a shower I'm going to next week. Her theme is Animals.A blanket, 2 burb cloths, and a bib. What do you think?
I like it. So now I'm making more for my grand baby girl, to match her quilt.
Remember the bed skirt I altered? Well, I took the center of that coverlet and put this blanket together. All I did was quilted the top and stiched it all up. It was an easy project, and this goes to the lake for the camper! 
The weather is getting warmer, so the down stairs is more inviting. It's a lot cooler down there, so I'm hoping to get down there more often.
For now I need to pull those nasty weeds in the garden...

Wow - the quilt is beautiful and I love the baby gift. I have a few showers coming up...I'll have to try that. I'll show you how to do the slipcover if you show me how to do that cute baby blanket!
