June Garden

I took some more recent pics of my garden. Also started my pickings. Yum!
Strawberries are just about done. Have some in the freezer for home made ice cream. Salads every day. I just love garden lettuce. Rob wanted a trellis, so the vines could climb on it and the fence.

I have a old ladder for my cucumbers to climb. I also put down soaker hoses. I really haven't used them much, because we have had a lot of rain this year.

Picture of my spinach, green tomatoes (I can't wait til they turn red!) Also, my one of my cucumbers flowering. Please ignore the weeds! I started weeding and putting straw between the rows.

My mystery plant. It just started growing. I thought it was a cucumber plant, but now I'm thinking it's a pumpkin plant. I don't need that many pumpkins, so I pulled some. My row of lettuce. Yum!

Rob tilled another section for the corn he wanted. I've never grown corn before, so this is a first for me. I think there doing well! I hopr they taste as good. Jennifer has her braces off, so she is really looking forward to eating them.

Until later, need to pick those weeds!

Wow! Your garden looks great! Mine is struggling since that 100 degree heat. Can I come over and pick some of yours?

Your garden looks YUMMY!! My yard still has so much work to be done to it that I won't be able to think about planting anything till next year.
