You like my NEW compost bin? Love it. There is a lid on the top and bottom. I can turn it, so it mixes. The old one is in the back ground next to it. It was busting out at the corners.
Strawberries upper right corner and asparagus bottom right. I built these frames from our very old decking. We also used the odd decking for kindling in the winter. Yes, it's still a work in progress.
I'm putting weed free paper down and mulch on top.The weeding was really getting to me. The frame next to the compost bin is a 4 x 4. Correct size. Oh right next to that frame are the cucumbers, they'll be climbing the fence.
These frames are 3 x 4. Only because that's the sizes I had. The white large planter in the back ground I planted potatoes in. We have to many rocks here to plant them in the ground. It starting to look good, I think this frame think is going to work so well.

I love your gardens Sonja! I think we need to put some weed free paper down. I like that idea.
